The Business Analyst role

As our Business Analyst, your primary responsibility is to effectively coordinate with all teams. You will be involved with project planning, execution, and surfacing insights in order to drive continuous improvements for the business and for the attendee experience. You apply your structured analytical and execution skills while working closely with the management team and our external partners including event coordinators, producers, PR agencies, and many others.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth and timely project execution.
• Working with, and manage, internal and external resources as needed to ensure the success of SuperAI.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and grow the business.
• Analyse market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and improve business development strategies.
• Get involved with all aspects of the business – from marketing, to sales, to partnerships and speaker management – as needed, on a project and ad-hoc basis.

Skills & Experience

• Experience from a top-tier organisation, preferably in a startup-up, banking, or consulting
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Strong work ethic: you are self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage schedules, set and follow project plans, and adjust to competing priorities.
• Strong curiosity for AI is a must.
• Deep care for the attendee experience.
• Passion for crypto / web3 is a plus.
