The Growth Marketing Lead role
As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will drive the growth engine for our fast-growing global brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, with the aim of maximising reach, brand recognition, and excitement – in order to grow ticket sales while optimising for ROI.
You will own our social media channels, performance marketing operations, marketing partnerships, and lead and grow a world-class team of marketing specialists.
Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing strategy aligned with the TOKEN2049 brand voice, objectives, and core communications cadence.
- Execute the marketing strategy, owning and optimising the relevant marketing channels.
- Launch new campaigns and initiatives that drive brand growth and recognition, balancing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Ensure high-quality execution and delivery of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Build, manage, and train a high-performing marketing team.
- Strengthen collaboration with internal teams (Design, Sponsor, Speakers, Community, Operations) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive quality and innovation in the Marketing team, via new technologies, techniques, and structured, disciplined approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the web3, AI, and FinTech space.
Skills & Experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in a Growth and/or Marketing role.
- Startup experience: Building structured frameworks in unstructured environments.
- Strong drive to grow, and to help others grow.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges creatively.
- Exceptional resilience managing competing priorities in high-pressure environments.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
