Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the Crypto and AI industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with team managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Represent SuperAI and TOKEN2049 at international industry events and conferences to attract potential candidates and promote our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the technology, crypto, or AI industries.
- Strong understanding of the Crypto and AI industry trends and talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
